Don't know if anyone saw the preview for next week, but Jen has an accent for this role...kind of shocking when she opens her mouth because you don't expect it. I love seeing her play so many different kinds of characters - it really shows what great talent she has. . -

It's on my DVR...wish I could transfer it to the computer.
Anyway, I'll try to describe it...the timing for this episode is fitting because they made several Halloween references in the preview. Jen's character (Faith) asks her daughter if she wants to play hide and seek and then says, "ready or not, here I come." Faith's daughter asks if they can go trick-or-treating. Faith and her daughter go shopping for a Halloween costume, and I think the tag from the costume gets left behind in the store and is a clue to Annie and Jimmy. In another scene, the police are looking for Faith and Annie asks, "where's the kid?" The officer says, "what kid?" In the next scene, Annie says that something (unseen to viewers) is a game changer. We also see lots of stunts (looks like Annie jumps into Faith's moving truck).

‘House’ alumna Jennifer Morrison’s multi-pronged TV resurgence gets underway this Monday at 10/9c, when she delivers a spine-tingling turn on NBC’s ‘Chase.’
NBC’s official synopsis for the episode, titled “Paranoia,” reads like so:After a brutal murder, fugitive Faith Maples (guest star Jennifer Morrison) takes her young daughter with her on a harrowing killing spree across Texas. The case becomes more complicated when the suspect’s mental state comes into question and Annie Frost (played by Kelli Giddish) and the U.S. Marshals uncover a shocking twist in the case.
NBC has now released a trailer for the episode, and though ‘Chase’ cast member Amaury Nolasco – aka Morrison’s real-life beau – doesn’t make the cut, the word is his U.S. marshal will share scenes with the fetching fugitive.
Following the ‘Chase,’ Morrison can be seen in an extended, pivotal arc on CBS’ ‘How I Met Your Mother.’ She also has booked the Lifetime movie ‘Ashley,’ costarring ‘Criminal Minds’ alum A.J. Cook as her sister. Morrison also can be seen opposite Tom Hardy (’Inception’) in the film ‘Warrior,’ which is due for release November 26.
