Once Upon a Time Sneak Peeks: Belle Agrees to the Beast's Deal to Save Her Town

Once Upon a Time Episode 12LOST's Emilie de Ravin will be making a guest appearance as the fairytale character Belle in the upcoming February 12 episode of Once Upon a Time. Unfortunately, we don't know who she'll be playing in Storybrooke, but we hear she will be popping up in the real world.
However, we do know quite a bit about Belle in the fairytale world of Once Upon a Time. Her family seems to be fairly well-off, but the Ogre wars are wreaking havoc nearby. Belle thinks that help might come in the form of Rumpelstiltskin, who was summoned to their home in order to protect their town. He does arrive and even agrees to help, but only for a price. Belle's father offers up gold, but Rumple scoffs at that. After all, he makes it himself. No, he wants something far more special than that: he wants Belle. Gaston leaps to her defense, but it appears that Belle will agree to go with Rumple (a.k.a. "The Beast") to save her townspeople.
Something is wrong with him, of course, and it looks like she becomes very afraid of him. She tells the Queen in this trailer that there's evil inside of him. But could she find something in him that no one else does?
Meanwhile, in Storybrooke, it's Valentine's Day, and Ashley (a.k.a. Cinderella) will be making a return appearance as she, Mary Margaret and Ruby celebrate the holiday with a girls' night out.

'Once Upon a Time' sneak peek of Emilie de Ravin's turn as Belle
Emilie de Ravin, best known for playing Claire on "Lost," is coming to "Once Upon a Time" this Sunday (Feb. 12). She has been cast as Belle of "Beauty and the Beast" fame. Check out this sneak peek clip of her episode.
De Ravin told Zap2it in an interview that she saves her friends and family in the ogre war by agreeing to live with Rumpelstiltskin, though over time their relationship grows into a sort-of love, though not the same romantic story as the Disney animation.
We already have a wonderful/horrible feeling that the episode is going to be excellent and also break our hearts just a little. Don't you agree, "OUAT" fans?
"Once Upon a Time" airs Sunday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
