"Second Star to the Right" - Emma, Mary Margaret and David go in search of Regina when they discover that she - along with some magic beans - have gone missing. But against Neal's protests, Emma still believes that Tamara had something to do with Regina's disappearance; and Mr. Gold contemplates telling Lacey the truth about his ability to conjure magic. Meanwhile, after Rumplestiltskin abandons his son and lets him travel alone through a portal, young Bae finds himself back in 19th century London and is taken in by the Darling family -- befriending their daughter Wendy -- on "Once Upon a Time," SUNDAY, MAY 5 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

"Once Upon a Time" stars Ginnifer Goodwin as Snow White/Mary Margaret, Jennifer Morrison as Emma Swan, Lana Parrilla as Evil Queen/Regina, Josh Dallas as Prince Charming/David, Emilie de Ravin as Belle, Colin O'Donoghue as Hook, Jared S. Gilmore as Henry Mills, Meghan Ory as Red Riding Hood/Ruby, and Robert Carlyle as Rumplestiltskin/Mr. Gold.

Guest starring are David Anders as Dr. Whale/Victor Frankenstein, Keegan Connor Tracy as Mother Superior/Blue Fairy, Michael Raymond-James as Neal Cassidy, Dylan Schmid as young Baelfire, Ethan Embry as Greg Mendell, Christopher Gauthier as Smee, Sonequa Martin-Green as Tamara, Freya Tingley as Wendy, Benjamin Cook as Michael, William Ainschough as John, Andrew Airlie as George and Karin Inghammar as Mary.

"Second Star to the Right" was written by Andrew Chambliss & Ian Goldberg and directed by Ralph Hemecker.

"Once Upon a Time" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format with a 5.1 channel surround sound. This program carries a TV-PG,V parental guideline.

Wow.

What an episode!
Poor Emma -- first Graham, and now Neal -- or is it the same? Think of the possibilities when Neal and Emma discover each other, again.

I loved their scenes on Third Beach, adjacent to Lord Stanley's Park in Vancouver.

Will Regina ever get it right?

The CGI scenes over London were something special.

My heart is still broken from last night. First when Emma was crying for Neal not to let go, that she needed him, and that she loved him....and then we he said he loved her too and let go....OY. Heart ripped out of my chest! I lost it totally when Emma fell apart and laid there crying on the floor. :cry:

Then my heart got all welled up again when she had to tell her parents that Neal was gone and when Charming went all Papa Bear on her and was the one comforting her as she tried to figure out how she was going to tell Henry. It makes sense that she'd assume he died since he was shot before he went through the portal (their future reunion better ROCK) but that's going to be hard to watch her tell Henry this coming weekend. :cry:

BTW-How come so many people out there don't like Neal?! They totally love Rumple and Regina (who have done far worse things in their lives) but hate Neal for what he did to Emma. Everyone makes mistakes and he's definitely paid for his on a personal level so why does he get the hatred and they get off scot free?!

Ohh!, I think because people really love Emma, so what Neal did to her, appart that she was raised in foster,etc, it really broke her..so yeah People love Emma Swan....

How true. A perfect example is this very episode when we learn that Regina killed Greg's father, and one week earlier The Evil Queen had a whole village wiped out. What a sweetheart! :angry:

And I still haven't gotten over "Bumble" killing that unfortunate house maid who couldn't talk. If the hypocrites dump on Neal for what he put Emma through (even though he hated doing it, and his motive was righteous, since Emma had to fulfill her destiny -- something she couldn't have done if she went off for a life with Neal), then how can they give "Bumble" a free pass for abandoning Bae out of greed?

One more observation from this episode....
I know that Emma doesn't have it in her to instinctively "pull the trigger," but if she had just shot Tamara after throwing her down and reclaiming the gun, Emma could have saved Neal and done away with a dangerous enemy. Wait....I'm getting a phone call. Drat, it's from the Home Office....I don't like the Home Office...they're nothing but a bunch of "bean counters." Gotta go.
